Every team uses OpenAI's flagship in some way, for example, to create a draft document for a workshop or write a blog. The essential thing is that we use our closed instance (which we also offer to our clients) when it comes to using company details so that the data doesn't come out of our environment.
2. Perplexity.ai: Refining Model Performance
Along with ChatGPT, many Bonsaians also use Perplexity.ai, which offers distinct advantages over the previously mentioned tool. In contrast, ChatGPT's responses, while diverse, might vary in quality. By adopting Perplexity.ai, one can sidestep the potential fluctuations in conversational outputs and focus on a consistent and quantitative assessment of language models.
Also, Perplexity uses relevant links, images, and more which can truly help in our everyday work.
I like it because it has internet access, can be "focused" on searching a specific part of the internet (e.g. Reddit), and has the option of uploading custom files.

3. Grammarly: Elevating Communication
Grammarly has emerged as our trusted ally in a world driven by precise communication. Beyond mere grammar and spell-check, Grammarly's AI-powered writing assistance refines our written communication, enhancing clarity, coherence, and professionalism. We use it for emails, reports, and everything in between, this tool ensures that our messages resonate effectively with clients, partners, and colleagues.
Grammarly has helped me a lot with everyday tasks. There is no need to double-check my grammar and spelling; the new Improve it feature is a great assistant, too.

We're also preparing many presentations (and who doesn't), whether it be for sales, reporting, or something else. Presentations.ai empowers us to create visually stunning and engaging presentations with AI-generated graphics, layouts, and content suggestions. 5. Rulify.ai: Reducing the Email Noise
Last but not least is our own AI product, Rulify, which we like to use in decluttering our inboxes (shameless promo). This tool helps us rule our mailboxes using email prioritization, shared mailboxes, and Outlook rules. It's like a wizard for your Outlook, keeping it clean. This comes especially handy if you receive a lot of mail.
